What we collect

Name, email address and phone number when you request a comp report, join the waitlist or request demo access; the address you check and the report we generate for it; and ordinary request data such as IP address, browser and time, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. A small cookie remembers you on this device so you are not asked for the same details twice; you can clear it from the landing page.

How we use it

To email you the report you asked for, to contact you about digiddy and the waitlist, to prevent abuse, and to improve the product. We do not sell your information. We do not hand your details to real estate agents; an agent hears from you only if you contact them.

Who processes it

Infrastructure and service providers that act on our instructions: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and the licensed public-record, listing-data and map providers that answer address and comparable-sale queries. Those data providers receive the address being checked, not your name or contact details.

Simulated content

Vibe Search, the Atlas and listing pages are simulated and contain no real listings or real people. Hearts, passes and vibe profiles you create there are stored only to run the demo for you.

Retention and your choices

Reports are kept so your emailed link keeps working, then expire. Email comps@digiddy.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be removed from the waitlist.
