digiddy is a simulated demo — it contains no real listings

Everything you see in Vibe Search, the Atlas, collections, listing pages and the companion is simulated. The homes do not exist, the addresses are invented, the prices and facts are generated for demonstration, the photographs are licensed stock images that do not depict any listing, and the agents and brokerages named on simulated listings are fictional. Nothing in those parts of the site is an offer to sell, a representation about any real property, or MLS data. digiddy does not currently display data from any Multiple Listing Service.

Free Comp Check

Free Comp Check is different: it builds a report about a real address from public records (county assessor and recorder data, government geocoding, federal house-price indices and public map data), from listing and sales data obtained through licensed data providers that aggregate those records, and, where those are thin, from cited public web pages. We pay for some of that data; we do not sell or redistribute it, and we do not name our providers. The report is an estimate generated by software. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, a comparative market analysis prepared by a licensed professional, or advice to buy, sell, lend or borrow. Public records contain errors and lag reality; comparable sales are selected by rules; the range can be wrong. Verify anything that matters with a licensed appraiser or real estate professional before you act on it. Agent names and business contact details shown in a report are drawn from public sources; digiddy has no relationship with those agents and does not route your details to them unless you ask.

Your information

When you request a report or join the waitlist we collect the name, email address and phone number you provide, the address you checked, and basic request data. We use them to send you the report, to contact you about digiddy, and to improve the service. See the Privacy Policy for details. Do not use Free Comp Check to look up addresses you have no legitimate interest in.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-query, resell or republish reports or simulated content; do not attempt to defeat rate limits or access controls; do not present a digiddy report as an appraisal or as the work of a licensed professional.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, digiddy is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a report or on simulated content. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
